Service Description

If you can write your name, you can do the Zentangle® method - an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful works of art by drawing structured patterns, one stroke at a time. Using the Zentangle® method, we will create intricate art through guided, patterned drawing techniques, one stroke at a time, designed to bypass the "overthinking" that often blocks creativity. This immersive process, led by Certified Zentangle® Teacher, Marla Krak, clears the way for you to simply create and experience the meditative power of repetitive drawing to reduce stress, increase focus, and rediscover your creative spark. No prior experience is required. This class is ideal for those who never thought they could put pen to paper and create art, seasoned artists, and everyone in between! The Class Includes: •1.5 hours of guided, stroke-by-stroke patterned drawing instruction •All materials •New Student Perk: If this is your first time taking this Bryn du class, you’ll leave with a Zentangle Take-Home Kit (5 tiles, Micron pen, graphite pencil, and tortillion) to continue your practice at home! Note: Though this is a monthly class, each month introduces new designs, so you can jump in ANY month and join us! Again, if you can write your name, you can do the Zentangle method! A note on bringing guests ages 16 and under: We love sharing the Zentangle® method with kids! You are welcome to purchase a ticket for your child, though we ask that anyone under 16 be accompanied by a ticketed adult at all times. Feel free to come early and get settled in, as the class will start promptly at 6:30 PM.
