A Grounded Introduction to Herbalism for Modern Life
Interest in natural approaches to health has rarely been greater, yet for many people, knowing where to begin—and what information to trust—can feel increasingly difficult. Plants as Medicine offers an inviting, thoughtful introduction to the world of herbalism, exploring how traditional plant knowledge, modern science, and direct sensory experience can come together in a practical way. Herbalist and author Brandon Elijah Scott will use a small selection of familiar medicinal plants to illuminate how herbs work through their chemistry, taste, aroma, preparation, and interaction with the human body, while offering a glimpse into the much larger world of plant medicine. Guests will have opportunities to see, smell, taste, and experience selected herbs while asking questions in an approachable, conversational setting.
