Bryn Du Mansion is inviting local florists, designers and creative businesses to help us transform the historic Bryn Du campus into a beautiful Christmas experience for our guests.
Through the Christmas at the Mansion Designer Showcase, participating businesses can select a designated space to decorate in their own style, showcasing their creativity and work to guests throughout the event.
It is an opportunity to put your work in front of a local audience while creating something beautiful in one of Granville's most recognizable settings.

Participating designers will receive:
• A featured space to decorate and showcase your work
• Business recognition at your installation
• Inclusion in the Christmas at the Mansion program distributed to guests
• Social media promotion featuring your business and installation
• Professional photographs of your completed installation for use in your own marketing
• Recognition on the Christmas at the Mansion website with a link to your business
• An opportunity to showcase your creativity in a historic and highly photographed setting

Get creative with a cute entrance to the "Hot Cocoa House".
Fieldhouse | Inside Entrance
Welcome guests with a memorable holiday installation - candy and fun preferred.

Welcome guests with a festive installation in the Mansion's entry.
Mansion: Living Room | East Mantel
The background for Santa's photos and a main focal point during the event.
Mansion: Front Door | Inside
Create a welcoming holiday moment with the historic backdrop of the main front doorway.
Carriage House: Fireplace Mantel
Gorgeous fireplace inside the Carriage House conference room - pictures can be removed.
Cramer House: Studio Space
The Cramer House Studio is the stop for Hot Cocoa and a creative design option.
Fieldhouse | Outside Entrance
Create a festive welcome before guests enter the Fieldhouse.

Fill the room with festive decor in this active location - candy and fun preferred.
Installation and Removal
Designers may install their displays on:
Friday, December 11 | 10 AM to 8 PM
Saturday, December 12 | 10 AM to 2 PM
We understand that every business has a different schedule. Individual arrangements can be made for installation when needed.
Following the event, we can arrange for décor to be picked up at a mutually convenient time during the following week or during select hours the following weekend.
A FEW DETAILS
Designs should complement the historic character of Bryn Du and the Christmas at the Mansion experience. All designs and installation methods must be approved by Bryn Du prior to installation including adhesives, hanging methods, or questionable material.
Participating designers are responsible for providing materials, décor, labor and installation, as well as removing their décor following the event.
Space selection is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
